Nice but don't hold your breath.  Spaghetti minds produce spaghetti 
code!  The people who write spaghetti code don't care about niceties 
such as structured code they just want results.  NOW!  That someone else 
might need to use, or even understand, the spaghetti code is not their 
problem!

The same program may be written by several dozen or even several hundred 
people before someone takes the trouble to "do it right"!
