[Info-vax] MMK v. me, old and new problems.

   Anyone looking for an MMK with what may be working
MMSDESCRIPTION_FILE and MMSTARGETS macros, and MMSALPHA,
MMSIA64, and MMSVAX macros with more MMS-like values ("Alpha"
instead of "1", and so on), and which may correctly apply a
default file spec to the /DESC file name, might start with the
V4.1 kit cited earlier, and overlay it with this:

No bets, and complaints are always welcome, but it seems to do
what I wanted done.
