The devices appear as ewa0 and ewb0, both, at the console and under OpenVMS.
Only ewa0 has a cable connected, ewa0 does boot but only to a certain point
in SYS$SYSTEM:STARTUP.COM...
The MAC address of ewa0 is configured on the boot node, so I am quite certain
that I have the proper interface ;-)
