[Info-vax] Saiga Systems (hitman)

I'm currently looking at Watcher to replace Hitman for my IA64
systems.
Watcher seems to work great on Alpha, but I've been having some issues
with the configuration module (WCP) on IA64 (which is where I really
want to deploy it).

I've been in the debugger all day, plodding though the BLISS source
code and the manual for LIB$TABLE_PARSE. I've not used either before,
so this is some seriously fun stuff!

If anyone is interested in the details, I'll be happy to share....
