No, we were talking about how posts appear in the newsgroup.

This has NOTHING to do with VMS MAIL.  VMS MAIL handles this correctly.

VAXman does not read the newsgroup with VMS MAIL.  The right tool for 
the right job (even if that means, for some people, running their 
lawnmower on TECO).
