We have been through this before.

At present I have the facility to get it to the format mention above
reliably.  I have have not found a reasonable converted to get it to
either MPEG-4 or H.264 which runs on Windows.  Yes, I know you would
rather it be on an Apple product or a Linux machine.  That is your
choice this is mine.
