Sorry to be repetitive but uber-capitalism is the relentless emulation
a cancer. (constant growth). Economists who continue to demand this
are deluded. Event a small growth rate of 2% per year is still
exponential growth.

Go back and read The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith and you'll see
that Smith never advocated uber-capitalism. In fact, I think what we
practice now seems to be more of "Darwin's Survival of the Fittest".

Just my two cents.
