Maybe I'm just real naive, but say your making $30M a year (~ $1,150,000 bi-weekly ... maybe take home is around $1M), why on earth do you need to submit false/exagerated expenses?  Hell, at that scale, why do you even need to submit expenses at all?  He went down for reportedly about $20K of bad claims?  He probably has that much in his coin dish!

One day I'll win the lottery and I guess I'll feel that sense of entitlement, but from "down here", I just can't understand.

Brother can ya' spare a quarter for a VMS guy down on his luck?
