A decent paint shop should be able to measure the original colour from a 
well survived spot of the cover using a colorimeter and mix you an 
exactly similar coloured paint. The plastic parts might be more 
difficult to restore if they are heavily scratched. Light scratches can 
be phased out with fine grinding paper or paste. Even very delicate 
plastic parts can be restored to almost new condition. E.g. motorcycle 
windshields, which have to be optically very high quality or they'll be 
unsafe.
