Hmm, I don't get the gratuitous "stupid C coding errors" comment. Low
on the chill pills again?

Mail is (re)written in C, using SMG through UTIL$SCREEN_OUTPUT and
friends.

ACC is written in Bliss and SCR$PUT_SCREEN, SCR$ERASE_LINE, SCR
$PUT_LINE and the likes.
