BCS (=VMS+HPUX+NSK) is so insignificant within HP,
with 3% of revenue and less than average profits
(unless things have changed over the last 12 months),
that he/she would hardly take notice.
But maybe the managers of BCS took the opportunity
to show the new CEO that they are serious about improving
the revenue of their underperforming division.
