I think you are talking about VMS the integrated media company from 
www.vmsinfo.net.  This newsgroup is about VMS the Virtual Memory System 
operating system written by Digital Equipment Corp in the 1970s for the VAX 
architecture that has since been extended to the Alpha and Itanium 
architectures.  The questions you are asking do not make sense to us in this 
newsgroup.
