[Info-vax] SSH on VAX - performance impact of break in attempts

Thanks for all the help - I'd rather keep SSH running on port 22 for
reasons outlined in previous posts (although clearly there are huge
benefits in relocating the port if that's possible). I've implemented
Multinet IPS so that it drops failed attempts after 10 retries from
the same IP address which hopefully will solve my problem.
