[Info-vax] NTP Error 0.000977

Hi folks.  My OpenVMS systems (Vax, Alpha & I64) have stopped syncing
with a Windows NTP server.  Error in the TCPIP$NTP_RUN.LOG file is as
follows:

date, ntp[538969125]: offset: 0.000000 sec freq: 62.720 ppm poll 16
sec error: 0.000977

I can't find a description of this error on the web anywhere.
