v users performance
--- ----- ------------------
IE8 2250 had fewer problems
IE7 9055
IE6 1151

You say that there were fewer problems with IE8 than IE7, but only 1/4
as many are using IE8 as compared to IE7. Are the customer service
reps taking this into account? If not, it at least partly explains why
IE8 had fewer problems and it speaks rather poorly of IE6 as it has
only half the number of users IE8 has!
