ACID2 and ACID3 were developed to test the compliancy of browsers to
the standards.  If Safari and Opera and Firefox (almost) can do it,
I think that all the so-called software geniuses in Billzebub's evil
lair should be able to do so as well.  However, it may be moot as it
seems more and more people and organizations are opting to standard-
ize on Firefox.
