[Info-vax] Apache... anyone built mod_limitipconn for VMS?

Looks like this is available in E8.4 of VMS, so it _IS_ on the horizon.
I wonder if it will be backported to V8.3.

In the meantime, MOD_LIMITICONN is doing just fine.  I'll visit this on
V8.4 when it is final.
