Hello,

give is a directory on an ODS5 disk with the following contents:

   DIR/SIZE=ALL/GRAND [...]

   Grand total of 5 directories, 18 files, 547.53GB/547.53GB

So I thought this should fit onto two SDLT600 using the following command:
   $ BACKUP/LOG/IGNORE=INTERLOCK diskx:[heun...] mkb200:pc127.bck/SAVE -
      /LABEL=(HEUN1,HEUN2,HEUN3)/EXACT_ORDER/BLOCK=32256

But in fact it required three tapes. Was this because I specified three labels
(just in case)? Or is the native capacity of a DLT600 smaller than 300 GB?
The data in question is already compressed, so there is no gain in any
compaction.

Regards,
   Christoph Gartmann
