One suspects this topic has been more than beaten to death by now.
Suffice it to say the gSOAP would be an ideal solution for what you
wish to do. In fact, there a VMS customer doing what you describe, and
a lot more. Apache or other HTTP server is not required if you do not
wish to install and run one as gSOAP comes with its own very small and
fast HTTP server. I shall be happy to introduce you to the VMS
customer if you wish. Just send me a mail or private message.
