[Info-vax] DSPP and DECset

We recently downloaded the newest DSPP license pak set for our two
development machines (Alpha and Integrity); these expire March 2011.
Earlier I had downloaded one that expired August 2010 but had been
delayed on installing them.

The DECset PAK has disappeared from the current license set for both
Alpha and Itanium.  It was on the 2009 sets, and the ones that expired
in August 2010.

Before I go pestering the DSPP folks (too busy to do it today...) I
thought I'd ask here if anyone knows something about this, and
possibly why it happened.
