It has been a few years since I have done it.  If you don't know how to 
use VMSINSTAL you need to find out.  Also the TCP/IP package, like 
others, usually comes with some installation instructions.

If you don't have hard copy documentation, you can find "soft copy" on 
HP's web site.  HP's search engine is just about useless but try google
and put "site:HP.COM" in your search string.
