Rob,
Expired? Or perhaps not loaded?
Generally, getting rid of later files and re-running AUTOGEN is safe.
However, make sure that the files that are deleted are only the files
created by AUTOGEN (A good safety precaution: Rename the files with a
derivative file type, .DAT -> .DAT-OLD, until you are certain that
they may be discarded).
