   Which Savvio models have an 80-pin connector?  My quick

   Well, there are steps between crappy and Ultra320.  An
Ultra320 drive can negotiate down to 160 or 80 (or worse).
(Of course, if you need an SAS adapter, then that's another
question.)

   Most of the disks in my junk systems are 80-pin SCA with
adapters, mostly 68-pin, with a few older 50-/68-pin adapters.
The 68-pin-only adapters seemed to do better at higher speeds.
