What's your point?
VAX/VMS is mentioned at the end, after Windows XP and other MS products.
Kinda looks like boilerplate, doesn't it? Or do you really think they
are doing current development on VAX/VMS?
And, you must have missed the original thread. That's a Rockwell/Collins
job, not DOD. So, are we now trying to say that HP has a guaranteed
commitment to Rockwell to continue support for VAX/VMS? And while it
mentions "aircraft", ti doesn't say they are military.
