It all hinges on whether Palin forms a 3rd party "Tea Party", or whether
she becomes leader of the Republicans. In the former case, the leader of
the republican party would likely give Carly a high profile position.
But if Palin is leader of the republicans, I don't see her giving
LaCarly a high profile position.

For all her faults, LaCarly is very tame and more to the centre than the
 rabid bulldog with lipstick.
