If it helps anyone, here are some facts from my purchase
of DECdoc from TTI.

I payed $180 USD for a "DECdoc Hobbyist License". This was
in Aug-2001. My contact was Julie Capps (julie at ttinet.com).
I got a standard printed PAK end the kit on a DAT tape.
The DAT tape is now lost but the savesets are on my system.
