As a young one I once worked at a gas station on the NJ Turnpike. I
once put gas in a Ferrari -- it's okay -- save your applause. Anyway,
two state troopers come buy and ask him to raise the hood. They ask
him how it is and he says something like ~" Yeah, it runs real smooth,
going at 55 mph." He was nervous. Perhaps even you know what bricks.
Well, the cops don't even notice. They were just drooling over the 12-
cylinder engine. It did look pretty cool.
Put gas in not one, but two Rolls Royces.
A Corvette came in one day and the gas filler neck was in a really
stupid place: right in the middle on top of where the trunk would be.
I let him do the honors, as I didn't want to spill any gas on the
bright red paint job!
