In Phillip's defense, when I said that I had only 1 VAX-VMS license, it 
was in reply to Phillip, after he first put his finger on the problem.

I agree with you, though, that trying to use one VAX-VMS license for two 
machines was big "no-brain" moment for me. Or, to put a positive spin on 
it, a big learning experience.
