Proper termination is required at BOTH ENDS of the buss!
Termination at the computer's end of the buss is normally
handled by the SCSI adapter card.  If the computer is in the middle of 
the buss, termination of BOTH ends is your responsibility.  And don't 
forget to disable termination in the SCSI card.

I'd guess that improper termination is the cause of at least 50% of SCSI 
bus problems!
