 Is it correct to state that Tukwila uses the same core design as
McKinley (aka Itanium 2) and that Poulson would be the first major
rework since McKinley ?

Or has there been one redesign done in one of the iterations between
McKinley and Tukwila ?

As I recall, Tukwila is same sa Montecito, except they added more cores
and support for CSI/QPI.
