Are you trying to copy the BACKUP save set itself, or are
you trying to extract the files from that save set?

I have no experience with tape on Windows, but I'd guess
that there's some simple way to get the contents of a tape
into a disk file.

I have no experience dealing with BACKUP save sets except
on VMS, but I seem to recall hearing of a program named
VMSBACKUP, which might let you extract the data from a save
set, if you can get it off the tape. A Web search should find
it.

And then what's supposed to happen?

You must not get out much. "HELP UCM", for example. With
a little extra (non-HP) help, it's even possible to deal with
a FAT-format USB flash-EEPROM storage gizmo (camera, ...).
