To get on the OpenVMS mailing list used to announce their webinars and
special events as well as call for papers for the OpenVMS Technical
Journal send an email requesting to be added to the mailing list (as
far as I know they only have one) to:

          OpenVMS.programs at hp.com

I would copy Sujatha Ramani as she is the individual who eventually
sends out the information.  Multiple people are monitoring the
"Programs" email address so better to send there.
