SET PROC/PRIO=16 when you create a session is far simpler and lets you
do interactive stuff while some hackers try to get into your system.

TCPIP SHOW DEV is far simpler to find out who is attacking you and
attacking which port then trying to analyse a crash dump.

Alternatively, if you can, you just unplug the ethernet cable from
either the server or from the router, and the VMS portion should quiet
down a bit, allowing to investigate those now hung sessions. You can
raise your priority to 16 and reconnect the system to the router and
analyse the attack interactively.
