[Info-vax] Move SECURITY.AUDIT$JOURNAL off the system disk?

Thanks for the explanation. I'm setting it up now. Question: Should
the following stuff

be run just once, after moving the files, defining the logicals etc (of
course the logicals will also be defined during the startup sequence in
the future), or is it something which should be run after each reboot,
i.e. should it be in SYS$COMMON:[SYSMGR]SYSECURITY.COM?
