I populated my DS10L and DS10 with memory (the 512MB SIMMs) taken from the
DS20E.  The DS10* just will not respect anything larger like the 1GB SIMMs
which was quite a disappointment. :(

Both DS20Es here have 4GB; beyond that, I can't say if they'll take more.
