Next time you hear some presentation-layer or SEO person talking about how 
good Google's technology is, remember to remind them of this second extended 
downtime in a few weeks, in what really truly ought not to be a difficult 
application. Google's newsgroup search has been broken for a very long time 
too, I ought to try http://unix.derkeiler.com/Newsgroups/comp.os.vms/ but I 
keep forgetting.
