No. It is only the JRE, not the full JAVA kit you normally install on vms.

Don't know. Never did.

I use the zipped .PCSI* kits (which I UNZIP, not RUN - but it could be done) on 

	ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/gsy/digital/

The directry is open/unhidden and you don't need to mess with http/registration
You might need to use a real ftp client, as firefox and ie still have problems
with ftp (not listing some or all files !!!) after so many years...

Current files are

	DEC-AXPVMS-JAVA150-V0105-7-1.PCSI_SFX_AXPEXE
	HP-I64VMS-JAVA150-V0105-6-1.PCSI_SFX_I64EXE
and
	HP-I64VMS-JAVA60-V0106-2_p1-1.PCSI_SFX_I64EXE

and don't forget the FPUPDATE kits for patching JAVA after installation
