You obviously missed the point.

I did migrate my itrc account(s) to my passport account(s) and already had
access to vms patches for some weeks/months now, but no longer have now.

And if nobody else has this problem, then my (business) passport account
or our VMS support contracts have a problem now (and I'm still guessing)...
