   This may be your lucky day.  I have a March 1993 CONDIST
(comprising nine CD-ROMs) which includes "VAX LISP/VMS Version
3.1", with a cover letter dated "May 1990".  Send e-mail to me
at sms at antinode-info or sms.antinode at gmail-com (more or less)
and I should be able to provide a (Zip-compressed) kit.
