I'm running Coppermine here with GD generating the thumbnails.  I do have
an *old* port of ImageMagick but I decided to configure Coppermine to use
PHP/GD.  Works fine!  Mark Berryman fixed some issues I found in PHP's GD
extension port because of this too.
