OK, now that is interesting. Sort of where IBM was circa 1995-1997.
Perhaps HP will find a buyer sooner. But considering HP is known for its
PCs and printers, this is a big change in strategy. Perhaps this might
bring back a focus to enterprise systems ?

Is there much synergy between the PSG and the x86 server group ? If they
become separate, won't there be loss of negotiating power with Intel ?

Did I read this right ? HP buys Palm. HP lauches a new tablet. Now, HP
plans to discontinue all of that ?  Isn't that a euphemism for "HP will
write off the investment it made in Palm ?"

Looks to me like Apotheker is getting busy.

These 2 moves could be major if I read this right.  Too bad HP ditched
its highly valuable engineering teams a few years ago. Will be difficult
to rebuild them.
