Several people already reminded me and pointed the to the VMS FAQ
(thank you all).  So, apparently the Multia was deliberately limited
and restricted from bootstrapping VMS (and, to come to think of that,
I vaguely remember reading that).  I'll take a look at the "MULTIA"
files in Freeware V5.  That seems to be my only chance.

It's too bad that PCMCIA is apparently also out of the question,
(per the same VMS FAQ), that doesn't make finding an installation
disk much easier; I initially thought of simply using a PCMCIA CF-
adapter with a CF card for the installation 'disk'...
