"enterprise and commercial software, cloud, and solutions." normally require 
a RDBMS which rules out IA64 and therefore VMS.

HP will soon/now begin focusing on their industry standard commodity 
hardware offerings and cease pouring money in niche software solutions (let 
alone VMS)
