   Tax cuts under Clinton happened to be aligned with the .com boom.
   The economy was good, and total income did rise.  Since the GOP
   controlled Congress, they like to claim that was all thier doing.

   Tax cuts under Bush followed the .com bust, and income went bust, 
   too, no matter what _any_ politician did.
