Which means NJians get to sit in long queues while the so-called "highly trained
fueling technician" fills up our tanks running from pump to pump at the speed of
dark.  All of the refineries are in Northern Joy-Zee which is nothing more than
a suburb of NYC.  Let them have the petroleum refineries and NY sport franchises
