[Info-vax] GhostView and GhostScript

I have versions of GhostView and GhostScript which I built at the same
time more than 10 years ago.  For various reasons, I need a new version
of GhostScript.  I got the latest from Mark Berryman and it works fine. 

Apparently, my version of GhostView should work with the new
GhostScript.  However, the setup is quite complicated and I also don't 
want to destroy my working (if now somewhat limited) GhostView.

Does anyone know the magic incantations?

Alternatively, I'm happy to try a new version of GhostView from scratch 
if it includes instructions on how to specify the version of GhostScript 
it uses.
