If noone payed any taxes, who would pay my medicin (Remicade) ?
Aprox $2.600 USD each 8 weeks. *I* pay $15 at each visit.

Of course not. I do not have any problem with the VAT.
I get a summary each month from my accoutants whith all
texes and other montly state payments, and I make a single
payment over my internet banking. Takes very little time.

And all accounting applications and so on handles the VAT
more or less automaticly.
