One could find a bad English teacher in any state. Still, the story is
both amusing and unsettling.

For reasons that have nothing to do English. One could work in New
York City and work in New Jersey. Housing costs are much less in NJ.

Where else but NJ could you say, "You're from Jersey, too? What exit?"
