Well, one poster pointed out a while ago that OpenVMS is easier to
search for. VMS will get some false hits; OpenVMS won't.

I vaguely recall "Open" meaning something to do with POSIX compliance.

Start with the User's Manual at hp.com. Of course that won't be enough
to set it up with SIMH. I'll let others answer that.
