DS10, 2GB RAM, 3 SCSI drives, Powerstorm 350, SmartArray 5302: 220W/20W
DS20E, no drives, 4GB RAM, ATI 7000, SmartArray 5304, 3 PSUs:  360W/15W
Power consumption drops significantly with only two PSUs plugged in (by
~50W/5W, IIRC)
